Assalamualaikum Readers :) Have you ever met that guy that just seemed to have walked right out of your dreams? Like he just seemed… complete. And you keep looking at him and comparing him to your checklist of your “my type of guys” and he just seems to hit the mark, and you can feel yourself falling… well more like crashing in love with him everyday… and you can’t help it. You know, such boys seem to know all the right things to say, all the right answers to give, all the right responses a girl wants to hear, and you just keep thinking to yourself, omg is he perfect and then somehow, the moment you fall for him, is the moment he gets over you, and you are confused, sad, lost, left wondering - what is wrong with me? what did I do this time? and even as he walks away, you still remain completely in love with him, he moves on to the next girl.. well girls, and there you are still stuck, on what could have been, unable to move on. And then one day, you realize maybe it was all a game to him, like score and leave. May be there is nothing you did wrong, it was just a timed meeting dependent on whenever you fell for him. May be it was all too good to be true to start with, and these perfect boys don’t exist and may be everything he said to you were just rehearsed lines he had tried and tested on different girls time after time with a guaranteed success rate. And then you realize that may be you deserve better, maybe this person you thought was your soulmate really is another make believe in your head. Maybe you deserve to be someone’s only, like a priority - with someone actually scared to lose you. Maybe you don’t have a problem, may be it’s him that does and maybe you should keep my head and shoulders high and walk away, because may be there is something better for you. Don’t stress over things that could have been, if it should have been, it would have been.
